To keep our guests and colleagues safe we have introduced a number of safety measures which are Safety & Health Administration Certified. These measures help to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and stay safe during your visit to Aonang Princeville Villa Resort & Spa.
Safe service methods and procedures are now in place at Aonang Princeville Villa Resort & Spa. Upon arrival there will be one entrance allowing our staff to screen visitors by taking their temperature, ensuring a face covering is worn and hands are sanitised. We encourage safe social distancing in all public areas.
Aonang Princeville is the first hotel in Krabi province to be Safety & Health Administration (SHA) Certified. The efforts to ensure the safety of staff and guests against COVID-19 has been recognised in three areas of the hotel; Accommodation, Spa and Safe Transport.

In the event of a fire incident at the hotel, an evacuation plan is in place to ensure the safe and timely exit of all persons from the buildings to the nominated assembly points. Emergency exits and assembly points are clearly signposted throughout the property.
In the unlikely event of a tsunami reaching the shores of Krabi, an evacuation plan in place to guide guests and visitors to safety. The hotel performs regular tsunami evacuation drills to educate staff on the sounds and sights of an upcoming tsunami, as well as how to respond during such an emergency.
The resort is concerned with the safety of guests at all times and has trained employees in first aid to respond in emergency situations by performing CPR and other first aid treatments.
